Project Statuses

• Pending - This status is meant to represent Projects that have not yet started, but are planned for the future.
• Active - This status represents Projects where a single order within the project has been activated, regardless of whether images have been delivered for the project or not.
• Delayed - This status represents any Project where a single order has not been delivered on time.
• Complete - This status represents Projects where all of the orders are considered complete, regardless of whether everything has been captured.

Order Statuses

• Pending - This status represents an order that has not been started yet, but are planned for the future
• In Progress - This status represents an order that has already been activated, regardless of whether any images have been delivered to the order or not.
• Delayed - This status represents an order where the end date has been extended.
• Finished - This status represents an order that has finished, regardless of whether the AOI has been completely captured.

Automations

• When an order is more than 0% captured, an order changes from “Pending” to “In Progress”.
